How to Register for Classes and Special Events

How to Proceed

1. Make your selection by reviewing the class schedule, class descriptions, special events, and holiday specials.

2. Print out and fill out a copy of the Registration Form. Be sure you understand our policies on cancellations and refunds and make your choices carefully before registering.

3. Choose one of the following methods to deliver your registration form and payment.

Delivering Your Registration

a. Mail your registration to 3255 County Road F, Barneveld, WI 53507.

b. If we already have your credit card on file, contact me by phone, fax, mail or e-mail with your class selections.

- OR -

c. Call 608-270-1550 to register with a credit card by phone. If you get our voice mail, you can leave your registration information and it is secure. If you do not feel comfortable leaving this information, please leave a message so we can call you back.

- OR -

d. You may fax us the same credit card and registration information at 608-437-4908 (a local call for Madison). Again, your credit card and personal information is secure.
