Let's have fun!

Dance the night away!Have you ever gone out dancing and felt left out of all the fun because you didn't feel comfortable with your dancing?

Lots of people feel the same way. Most people feel more awkward than they look, but why feel awkward at all?

Dancing can be a great way to meet people and an enjoyable activity to do with them. In fact, many social and business occasions involve dancing. Being able to dance well gives one an added degree of confidence and always creates a positive impression in any social setting.

The term "comfortable" means different things to different people. Some people just want to be able to do a little slow and fast dancing, but nothing they would consider "fancy." Private lessons or the Dancing for Social Occasions classes would be the best options. Check out our current schedule and our lesson options chart.

Dance the night away!Other people want to learn a little more structure through the traditional dances such as Waltz, Cha Cha, Jitterbug or Tango to name a few.

These dances are for people of all ages who dance in all social settings from formal glamorous ballrooms to local bars to weddings and company outings. Some people want to learn for fun, others may like to compete in any number of amateur level competitions or maybe just perform occasionally at local events.

Dance the night away!Learning to dance can involve as little or as much as you want it to.

When well done, ballroom or any type of partner dancing is the only public recreational activity a couple can do that combines all the elements of ...

  • athletic ability
  • technical skill
  • creative expression
  • social interaction
  • non-verbal communication
  • physical intimacy and
  • emotional excitement

Few activities can ultimately ignite such love, passion, romance and fun!

Of course it doesn't feel that way when you are first learning, but the initial frustration is minor compared to the final result. The best instructional options for couples who desire a little or a lot of some of the more structured dances would be private lessons or any of the classes.
