How to Register for Classes

1. Make your selection by reviewing the class schedule, and specials.
2. Print out and fill out a copy of the Registration Form. Be sure you understand our policies on cancellations and refunds and make your choices carefully before registering.
3. Choose one of the following methods to deliver your registration form and payment:

• Mail your check or credit/debit card number and registration form to 2132 County Road F, Barneveld, WI 53507. This is the mailing address.  Classes are taught at the Madison Studio.
   
• Phone 608-270-1550 to register with a credit/debit card by phone. 
   
• Fax us the same credit/debit card and registration information at 608-437-4908 (a local call for Madison). Again, your credit card and personal information is secure. You can write the necessary information on the registration form and fax that.
   
• Email only if you have a credit/debit card already on file.  I do not personally keep your card numbers on file.  The merchant company I use keeps a record of your card number with your first transaction.  Simply tell me to charge your card and you are registered.  DO NOT email your card number.  Email is not secure.

Prices and Policies.

• Registration deadline is one week before class starts.
• The usual price for a 4-week class is $35 per person. This is a series of four 60 minute classes. This is the regular rate and does not apply to specials.
• Drop in to any class for only $10 per person
• All classes are taught at the Madison studio.
• Regular PrivateLesson Prices: $75 single/couple per hour. $56.25 single/couple for a 45-minute lesson. $37.50 single/couple per half hour.

Private Lesson Policies

No sales pitches or contracts. Simply reserve your space in advance with a credit/debit card or mail a check.  24 our notice is required for schedule changes or to cancel. Schedules changes with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to the full price of the lesson. We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard.

Group Class Policies

Missed Classes

No refunds or credits within one week of class. Please understand, there are no exceptions. We make decisions regarding space, partners or even if the class will meet based on those who are registered and paid for the class. Singles are not guaranteed a partner, however we do switch partners among singles in the class. Singles or couples may switch to another class in the same month prior to the first class provided there are still enough people in the class they are switching out of for the class to continue.

Although the best price is registering for a 4-week class, the other option is purchasing a package of individual lessons.  This "use as you go" option offers more flexibility than a monthly registration and is more economical than the drop in rate. 

If you want to try out a class, come to the first one in that series and pay the $10 per person drop in fee. If you decide to take the rest of the series, pay the balance at the end of class.

Bad Weather

Class is as usual even in bad weather. It has to be pretty bad to cancel as in the malls closing. Even though I drive a 4wd vehicle, I do drive from Blue Mounds and live in the country where drifting can be a significant problem.  That may be a reason I would cancel class, but again, it has to be pretty bad.  If possible I will post that the class cancelled due to weather on the class schedule page no later than 4 p.m. the day of class.  I will also try to call you or you can call me.  

 If we do close because of weather, a make-up lesson will be scheduled..
